FREE GREENCARD SPONSORSHIP!

A Green Card holder (also known as a Lawful Permanent Resident or an Resident Alien) is a foreign national who has been granted the privilege of 'permanently' living and working in the United States of America. To apply for a USA Green Card based on the fact that you have a 'permanent employment' opportunity in the USA, you must meet a number of requirements and follow certain Green Card application and processing procedures.

Once you have sat and passed either the NCLEX or CGFNS and hold a permanent job offer letter from one of our client hospitals Go RN International Ltd will be able to pursue your Green Card application. Together with our preferred attorney we will file a petition for your Green Card, accompanying spouse and children under 21 years of age.

Your green card, and that of your spouse and children will be processed free of charge when accepting a job offer through one of Go RN International Ltd client hospitals.

In normal circumstances, it takes approximately 9 months to one year to obtain your green card.

Before your immigrant visa is issued you will be called for an interview at your local U.S Consulate. All your accompanying family members listed on your Green Card application will be required to attend the interview with you. Depending upon the success of your interview you will be issued with an immigrant visa which will allow you to enter the USA to work. Once you have been in USA for approximately 60 days you will receive your Green Card.

After five years on a green card you and your accompanying spouse and children can apply to become US citizens.

ICHP VISASCREEN

During your immigration processing it will be necessary to complete ICHP VisaScreen (www.cgfns.org/sections/prog/visa.shtml), a credentialing program administered by the International Commission on Healthcare Professions (ICHP) for healthcare workers intending on coming to work in the U.S.

The VisaScreen program will screen your education, qualifications and English language proficiency. Graduates of health professional programs in Australia, Canada (except Quebec), Ireland, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States are exempt from the English language component and do not have to sit the English exam.

Once ICHP approves your credentials you will be issued a VisaScreen certificate, which you will have to present as part of the documentation required at your visa interview in your home country.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXAM (IELTS)

If you need to complete the English Language requirements these can be met by completing either a) The Academic Module of IELTS or b) TOEFL, TSE and TWE. Go RN International Ltd recommends IELTS (www.ielts.org). IELTS is the International English Language Testing System. It measures ability to communicate in English across all four language skills – listening, reading, writing and speaking – for people who intend to study or work where English is the language of communication. You will need to earn a score of 6.5 overall of which 7.0 must be within speaking.

IELTS tests are administered at centres throughout the world – there are more than 300 centres in over 100 countries, 35 of those centres in the UK. Most centres conduct a testing session once a month and sometimes more during peak periods. A full list of centres is available on the IELTS website (www.ielts.org).

All English Language results are only valid for a period of two years.
